Many think they don’t know how to meditate or can’t meditate because they have an idea of meditation being an alter state which is, but it comes with confidence and practice. Confidence of being aware that you can actually breathe! Your are alive! Your body does it on its own. The reality is that you just need to focus on your breathes and that is it. Once you are aware that you are actually breathing and that your body already knows how to breathe, you can start focusing on the sound and the feeling of your breathes. You start connecting with your inner self—-the inner spirit. Connecting with your inners self-spirit brings you constant peace. You become more grounded.
