How to Take An Effective Mental Health Day 

Make it your day.

It all begins by allowing yourself to do it! Why not? Everyone talks about it but is it possible? Of course it is! You just have to give yourself permission to do so!

What does that mean? Well, it all starts with an idea. Are you feeling burned out? Can you allow yourself to admit that you are burned out? Can you give yourself permission to take a break? What prevents you from doing it?

After you reflect on these questions, take the day! Go do your favorite thing in the world! Got to the beach, go on a hike, read your favorite book, take a bath. The list goes on and on. You got this!
